Health Safety Environment Officer

Job Description
PM Group is looking for a Health & Safety Officer to join a global technology company working sites across South East of England.
Responsibilities:
· Identifying and developing the role of health & safety officer for their sites.
· Working with department heads, managers, and directors.
· Developing new health and safety procedures, and managing operations of manufacturing and site utility equipment is executed in line with procedures.
· Reviewing project qualification documents and various forms of risk assessments.
· Providing technical support to the compilation of standard operating procedures.
· Inspection of project areas and equipment.
· Identification of EHS issues and potential solutions.
Qualifications:
Applicants will have experience of leading health and safety responsibilities on sites in relevant manufacturing industries. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate technical competence, will be able to work efficiently and safely, and will be able to comply with client policies, procedures and guidelines.
