Our client is looking for an experienced HSE Manager to join the fast-paced operations team. The role holder will ensure the site remains compliant with all aspects of the company H&S policy and associated procedures.Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and best practices.Deliver strategies to ensure achievement of the H&S objectives.Maintain accurate records and documentation related to health and safety, including incident reports, training records, and safety data sheets.Provide professional leadership, support, and development to team members.Experience:5+ years’ experience within a dynamic and broad manufacturing environment.NEBOSH Certification but Diploma qualified would be desirable.Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving skills.A strong track record of leading and motivating teams in previous positions.Strong organisational skills and an exceptional attention to detail.What’s on Offer:10% bonus25 days holidays + bank holidaysOnsite Monday – Friday 8:30am-5pmFor more information regarding this opportunity contact Lomond MacPherson for a professional and confidential chat.Send me alerts about jobs like this.Please enter your email address to continue setting up an email alert for similar jobs to this one.
