Overseeing all HSE aspects for the business, across two manufacturing sitesEnsuring the HSE Management System is fit for purpose and complies with ISO standards, legal requires and best practice guidelinesCarrying out day to day duties such as risk assessments, reporting of incidents / near misses and delivering/ arranging necessary training and inductions for staff and external contractorsDeveloping and improving site safety training such as permit-to-work, contractor HSE and any Life Saving RulesFurther promoting onsite HSE awareness and fostering a strong HSE culture across the businessManaging the ISO 14001 recertification for the business, driving fresh ideas and projects to support the company's Environmental and Sustainability aspirationsSpearheading the management of change on HSE matters relating to an upcoming site relocation Ideal Skills and Experience NEBOSH qualified, with proven experience as an HSE ManagerExposure to Manufacturing / Engineering operationsExcellent working knowledge of ISO14001 management systemsTrack record of leading sustainability / environmental initiativesPassion for identifying and implementing continuous improvementsHoned stakeholder engagement and relationship management skillsPrevious line management experience with skills in coaching / mentoringAbility to thrive in a fast paced, changeable environment Remuneration£45,000 - £50,000 plus Benefits PackageAbout Cast UKCast UK is a leading executive consultancy, providing national recruitment solutions to both clients and candidates.
