An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new Health and Safety Advisor to work on behalf of one of the fastest growing SME FM Service providers in the UK right now!�

In the role of Health and Safety Advisor you will support the development and ensure the delivery of the Company Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental strategy, policy, and processes.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within the FM Sector and ideally have a strong Hard Services or construction/Infrastructure background.�Working across�multinational commercial contracts you'll be responsible for day to day admin duties, site walkarounds & inspections.

Responsibilities for a Health & Safety Coordinator:

• Responsible for day to day admin duties of SHEQ function within the FM Team


• Supporting the project and design team


• Site walkarounds/inspections to identify risks and areas of concern


• Conduct site tours as required


• Maintaining training records, plan training sessions and help develop training programme


• Track actions from audits, risk assessments and incidents


• Managing contractors including reviewing RAMS and issuing permits to work


• Internal and external reporting including compiling environmental and safety statistics


• Monitor and report on agreed KPIs for SHE performance

Person Specification / Experience for a Health & Safety Coordinator:

• IOSH/NEBOSH or equivalent


• Behavioural safety approach


• Experience in delivering presentations/training sessions


• Experience of health and safety, environmental, and energy management systems


• Auditing and Compliance experience
