Health & Safety Advisor

Highly regarded main-contractor are seeking an experienced Health &�Safety Advisor to join their well-established team in Newcastle. They have a healthy pipeline of work across the North East & Yorkshire, focusing on commercial new build, fitout and residential. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the construction/civil sector.

Responsibilities:

• Liaising with site staff and implementing health & safety strategies


• Reviewing and maintaining systems for the company and recommending improvements


• Working alongside a close-knit team but also in a very autonomous role


• Reporting to the Regional HSE Manager


• Assist with auditing and reviewing policies and procedures


• Monthly reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years experience in a Health & Safety role


• NEBOSH


• Previous experience of working in the construction and/or civil sector


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Full UK drivers license
