Health Care Training Manager
Are you passionate about training and development in the healthcare industry? Are you a creative thinker with excellent communication skills? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our organization as a Health Care Training Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
Training Program Development:
Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs.
Design and create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and hands-on activities.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure training materials are current and relevant.
Training Delivery and Facilitation:
Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals, utilizing a variety of training methods and techniques.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance evaluations.
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to enhance the learning experience and promote continuous improvement.
Training Needs Assessment:
Conduct regular needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements within the organization.
Collaborate with department managers to identify specific training needs for their teams.
Analyze training evaluation data to identify areas for improvement and adapt training programs accordingly.
Compliance and Regulatory Training:
Ensure all healthcare professionals are trained and compliant with relevant industry regulations and standards.
Develop and deliver training on topics such as HIPAA compliance, infection control, and patient safety.
Keep abreast of changes in regulations and update training materials accordingly.
Training Administration:
Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and certifications.
Manage the learning management system (LMS), including course scheduling, enrollment, and reporting.
Coordinate external training resources and partnerships, when necessary.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Education, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Training Manager or similar role in the healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
Proficient in instructional design principles and multimedia training tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
Salary:
£27500 per Anum
