Health Care Solicitor

A fast-growingindependent providers of mental health hospitals and facilities isseeking a healthcare solicitor to join their legal team.About the role:Reporting to theSolicitor and Deputy Director of Policy and Regulation. You willprovide legal advice to the business on all aspects of healthcare law.Key responsibilities include overseeing a diverse case load ofcontentious litigation matters. As well as providing advice andleadership on complex inquest matters, including the completion ofwitness statements and case file preparation. In addition to providingspecific regulatory advice to the business in relation to regulators,including CQC, HIW and Ofsted.About you:The successful candidate will have at least 5 PQE. Ideally youwill have experience of working in an in-house environment. Experienceworking with the mental health law sector is highly desirable.
