We are looking for an experienced care professional to join our client's Health & Social Care Team as a Trainer. The role will be covering a geographical area of Middlesbrough. You will be delivering training to a caseload of Apprentices both online from home and face-to-face in their work place, therefore access to a vehicle and a full driving licence are essential.
You'll be part of a regional team of trainers helping and mentoring employees in the Health & Social Care sector within your area who are working towards completion of their apprenticeship programme. Whether you have experience in staff development or not, you will be provided with a full time permanent job, full training and the company will pay to put you through your teaching and assessing qualifications.
Main duties:
Enrolling learners onto government funded apprenticeship programmes
Training, assessment, progression and completion of learners as per the Awarding Body. This will be delivered through face to face or online training activity.
Effectively diary managing to ensure all learners within your caseload are fully supported
Working to targets and KPI's
Maintaining and recording all learner progression and evidence using various software
Gaining feedback from employers and customers
We are looking for candidates with the following:
Experience working in Health & Social Care (Care homes, domiciliary care, residential care) to a supervisory/management level
Qualified to minimum Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
Good Maths & English skills
IT literate - familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent time management skills.
Self-motivated with a flexible approach and strong work ethic.
