Health and Safety Trainer

Principal People are excited to be recruiting a Health & Safety Consultancy and accredited training provider is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and innovative individual to join its training team. Based at the training centre in Oxfordshire, the successful candidate will also deliver courses on behalf of various clients.Applicants should possess experience in a similar training role or possess transferable skills to become an approved trainer with several accrediting bodies, including CITB, UKATA, CISRS, PASMA, NOCN, IOSH, and NPORS, for which the company is an approved provider.Health and Safety Trainer Oxfordshire Up to GBP45,000 + Package Consultancy The minimum requirements for this role are:
NEBOSH Construction or Equivalent Be able to communicate effectively. Member of IOSH Passion to develop Health and Safety professionals Experience working within the construction industry
Key duties of the role include:
To promote effective HS Training including influencing behaviour and promoting H&S of continuous improvement across the site Delivering Training courses in house Delivering training courses to external clients within the construction industry Carrying out site inspections Promoting positive H&S culture Delivering training courses such as working at hight , RAMS, Dust control, Manual handling, Face fit tester, Abrasive wheels, Fire marshal etc.
