HSE Officer - Industrial Manufacturing Company 

Location: Doncaster

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience)

Role Type: Full-time, Permanent

Are you a dedicated and experienced HSE Officer looking for a rewarding opportunity in the industrial manufacturing sector? We have an exciting opening for an HSE Officer to join our team in Doncaster. With a focus on health, safety, and environmental initiatives, this role offers the chance to make a real impact and drive positive change within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Implement and maintain robust health, safety, and environmental management systems.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to promote awareness and understanding of HSE policies and procedures.
  • Investigate incidents and near misses, and develop action plans to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and industry best practices, and proactively implement changes as necessary.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • NEBOSH or IOSH certification preferred.
