Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our clients team in Ramsgate. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our construction projects comply with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures for construction projects

- Conduct risk assessments and make recommendations for mitigating risks

- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and standards

- Provide training to staff on health and safety procedures and best practices

- Investigate accidents and incidents and make recommendations for improvements

- Liaise with regulatory authorities and other stakeholders on health and safety matters

- Keep up-to-date with developments in health and safety regulations and standards

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Health and Safety Manager in the construction industry

- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards

- Excellent communication and training skills

- Ability to conduct risk assessments and make recommendations

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Relevant health and safety qualifications
