Health and Safety Manager (Construction) - London
Flexible & Competitive Salary Structure
A highly established, attractive, and ambitious business is actively seeking to add to their team in London with a Health and Safety Manager within the Construction Sector. Due to the growth of the business and recent contract awards, this position will be based in London with a flexible competitive salary + benefits package.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day Health & Safety activities on site.
Ensure that policies & procedures are implemented.
Liaise with client Health & Safety Manager and others in the client team.
Chair internal site Health & Safety meetings and attend client Health & Safety meetings.
Support site team on all Health & Safety aspects.
Conduct safety stand downs and toolbox talks.
Conduct workplace inspections and report findings.
Conduct investigations into accidents or incidents and report on findings.
Manage on-site occupational health.
Coordinate training of project staff.
Experience Required:
Qualified Health and Safety Professional e.g., NEBOSH.
Experienced in Health & Safety on Construction / Fit-Out Projects.
Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 14001 standards.
Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
CSR Card Holder, Client-facing, UK driving licence.
