A highly successful and forward-thinking construction company is currently looking for their next Health and Safety Manager due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects.

The role:

As their Health and Safety Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing their health and safety standards for their current and upcoming projects.

• Developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures compliant with regulatory standards
• Conducting regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Investigating accidents or incidents, analysing causes, and implementing preventive measures
• Collaborating with Projects Managers, Engineers and Site Management to integrate safety protocols into project planning and execution
• Maintain health and safety accreditation's
• Promote a positive health and safety culture

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a health and safety Manager or Health and safety Advisor in the construction industry
• In-depth knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and best practices
• Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively train and engage team members in safety initiatives
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and develop proactive solutions
• General NEBOSH certificate
• CSCS Card
• Excellent interpersonal skills
