Job DescriptionI have a role with a leader FMCG company based in Glasgow, who are looking to bring on a Health, Safety and Environment Manager.This is a very exciting role, in a very successful business where you can truly make your mark in a business that is experiencing double digit growth year on year.Responsibility:• Provide directional support for planning, measuring, reviewing, and auditing Health & Safety and Environmental activities.• Embed a continuous improvement and positive safety culture.Duties:• Develop and maintain site management systems, procedures, and protocols.• Support Site Management Teams in delivering a consistent H&S program.• Review and develop Health & Safety policies, ensuring implementation.• Proactively work with managers to establish and maintain continuous improvement in H&S.• Maintain rigorous risk assessment and accident management systems.• Provide comprehensive information and training on Health & Safety systems.• Drive environmental initiatives and manage the site Environmental Policy.Hours:• Mon – Thur 8am – 4.30PM• Fri 8am – 4PMPackage: Salary: £45K-50K + Benefits packageIf this role sounds interesting, please reach out and I will call you with more information.I look forward to hearing from you.
