They have a new, exciting opening for Health and Safety Manager to join them and take responsibility for the driving and executing the Health and Safety strategy across the business.As the Health & Safety Manager you will be getting involved in:Supporting the site teams in the promotion and delivery of health and safety strategies and cultureWorking closely with operational teams ensuring any potential risks and hazards are identified and addressedSupport with the implementation of standards throughout all sitesUtilising your expertise to guide, advise and drive safe working practicesMaintaining the Health & Safety Management systems and ensuring any additions / amendments are actionedSupporting in the construction and delivery of any Health and Safety trainingCarrying out internal auditsEffectively managing the accident and near miss reporting and investigations processTo Be Successful In This Role You Will NeedNEBOSH Level 3 qualification will be essential Previous experience in a senior H&S position such as Health & Safety Manager / Health & Safety Officer / Health & Safety AdvisorExperience in a manufacturing environment would be advantageousFull UK Driving Licence will be essential The Application ProcessOur mission is to support our clients in their creation of an equal, diverse and inclusive workforce.
