Job Description
Position- Health and Safety Manager
Location- This is a site-based role covering two sites in Wolverhampton.
Salary on offer- is £40-45,000 + Package
The role reports into a forward thinking and collaborative H&S Business Partner and alongside an apprentice.
You will be the dedicated, hands on, day to day support, who will provide expert guidance, ensure comprehensive safety management and continuous improvement is made through a programme of works, creating a culture of positive interdependent safety behaviour.
You will do this alongside and with the support of, line management and operational teams, working to continually improve the safety of the working environment, appropriately identifying and assessing risk, and developing and delivering effective mitigation strategies
You will also ensure compliance and formally advise managers on areas of non-compliance.
What we are looking for is a NEBOSH Certificate level candidates who has experience as an advisor ready to step up or a manager ready for a change who is coming from a manufacturing background.
