Health And Safety Manager

My client who are a globally recognised manufacturing business are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager.Role and Responsibilities –In this role, you will design and deliver the health and safety vision for the business, including achieving all objectives, developing and implementing all EHS policies and procedures.Other responsibilities include:To promote a fully integrated health, safety and environmental culture, with a strong focus on behavioural safety, ensuring compliance with all contractual, regulatory and legal obligations.Develop, implement and audit EHS plans, policies and procedures according to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001To carry out proper and timely assessment of risks to health and safety, and implementation of measures and arrangements identified as necessary from the assessments.Experience or Qualifications –Experience within a similar role (ideally within high paced manufacturing)Knowledge of Health and Safety management systems, ideally ISO 45001 and ISO 14001Experience of delivering improvement and implementing a behavioural safety system or creating a culture changeProven relevant and current experience in Health, Safety & Environmental practicesCandidates who currently are a Health and Safety Manager, Environmental Health and Safety Manager, EHS Manager, HSE Manager or Senior Health and Safety Advisor would be suitable for this position.For more information regarding this Health and Safety Manager role please contact Ben Herd on 01453 829523 or
