Job DescriptionHealth & Safety ManagerLeyland£60,000 - £62,000 + Progression + Benefits Excellent opportunity for a HSE Manager to step into a multisite role, covering 2 North West based sites for an established and expanding specialist manufacturer.In this fully autonomous role, you will be recognised as the subject matter expert for HSE, providing strategic leadership to a team of 5, whilst developing policies & procedures for both sites.An ideal applicant will have a proven leadership abilities with an excellent understanding of health, safety, and environmental legislation.This is a newly created position which is central for a company who are looking to increase headcount by 70 people in 2024 alone. They operate from 2 sites in Leyland & Cleveleys and are renowned for their development of staff. Due to continued growth & an internal promotion, we are now seeking a Health and Safety Manager to join the team on a full time & permanent basis.In this role you will have 5 direct reports, overseeing two 24-acre sites.
