Champion Safety in Cutting-Edge Data Centres Across Europe! Our client, a leading US consultancy firm, is seeking a highly motivated HSE Manager to join their expanding European team. They are on an exciting growth trajectory, with a pipeline of new data centre projects across Europe. They are seeking a safety leader to ensure the well-being of our teams and the successful execution of these critical facilities.
What you'll do:
Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive HSE policies and procedures for data centre projects throughout Europe.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Proactively work with project teams to foster a strong safety culture on-site.
Provide training and guidance on HSE best practices for all project personnel.
Liaise with local authorities and ensure compliance with all relevant European safety regulations.
You are the ideal candidate if you have:
Essential - Experience in HSE management for construction projects, with a strong focus on data centres.
Proven ability to develop and implement effective HSE programs.
In-depth knowledge of European HSE regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
A proactive and results-oriented approach to safety.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with significant travel demands.
Experience working with a diverse workforce and stakeholders.
