Health & Safety Consultant Home Based
Client Site Visits covering Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Surrey
£38,000 - £45,000 + Car Allowance
Are you an experienced Health and Safety professional with consultancy experience or multi sector experience? We have a fantastic opportunity for you working as a Health and Safety Consultant for a well-respected consultancy providing high level professional advice and guidance to their wide-ranging clients. The role is home based with travel to clients sites across your region.
The role includes:
Attend various client sites and conduct Health & Safety risk assessments and audits
Providing a bespoke Health and Safety documentation and management systems to our clients’ customers
Carry out and create specific client risk assessments
Create Health & Safety Management reports
Identify client requirements through surveying client premises
Conduct safety audits
Advise, guide and coach all personnel with the implementation of the Company Procedures
Ensure needs and expectations are met in accordance with their contracted services
Advise on all current occupational H&S and environmental legislation
Audits and Inspections of health & safety practices to be carried out across the business
Client training as required to their service and use of their Health and safety management system
Knowledge, Experience and qualifications required:
Experience in a consultancy or multi sector experience
NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
GradIOSH on a definitive IPD programme to achieve CMIOSH status
Engaging Health and Safety Professional with excellent people skills and a can-do approach
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Adaptable team member
