About the Role:
In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all our employees. You'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust health & safety culture across the company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting risk assessments and safety audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Developing and delivering engaging health & safety training programs.
- Monitoring compliance with health & safety legislation and regulations.
- Investigating accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement preventative measures.
- Maintaining accurate health & safety records and documentation.
- Providing expert advice and guidance to management and employees on all health & safety matters.
Who We're Looking For:
- You hold a relevant qualification in Health & Safety (e.g., NEBOSH Diploma, IOSH qualification).
- You have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar role.
- You possess a strong understanding of current health & safety legislation and regulations.
- You are a clear and concise communicator, able to deliver effective training and advice.
- You are a proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues at all levels.
