Job Description
Over the past 5 years, Pearse Partners have grown to be leaders in front office search with teams covering Investment Banking, Private Equity, Credit, ESG and Investor Relations.
Last year we started an Investor Relations/Fundraising desk and due to the success of the team we're hiring an additional Consultant/Senior Consultant.This is the second hire within the team and will allow the successful candidate to help shape the direction and growth of the desk.
Role:
Identify and engage with IR (and related job roles) Professionals from mid to senior level, developing relationships
Utilise existing relationships across the IR desk and wider business to develop your own client base and build long lasting relationships.
Understand both the candidates’ backgrounds and motivations, client mandates and efficiently match the two
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, on candidate and client generation, providing market insight to strengthen the team offering
Be a key player in the deal process from end to end, directly influencing the careers of industry leaders and the businesses they go into
Act as an ambassador Pearse Partners within the market both with prospective candidates and clients
Become an industry expert by taking advantage of our training and development program and conducting your own market research
Ideal Experience:
18 months+ experience within recruitment or executive search
Experience recruiting across Financial Service is highly desirable
Business Development experience is advantageous
Excellent written and verbal communication
