We are excited to be recruiting for a Supervisor based at Royal Opera House Hospitality.Key responsibilitiesA great personality and can-do attitude.Ability to solve problems as they arise.Overseeing a team of waiters, ensuring that our standards are adhered to.Overseeing and assisting in the set up of the restaurant including table settings, waiter stations and stock.Handling guest feedback in a timely and efficient manner.Reporting all incidents to senior management.Ensuring prompt and friendly customer service.Supervising the preparation, presentation, and delivery of food and drinks.Greeting guests and taking drink and food orders.Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area.Delivering food from the kitchen to the guests.Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests.Communicating table orders effectively to the kitchen.Memorizing the menu and offering recommendations to upsell starters, desserts, or drinks.What's in it for you?Working with Company of Cooks has its perks!
