Eden Brown are working with a leading School in West Sussex, who are looking for an enthusiastic Head Teacher. You will have a flexible approach to teaching, outstanding leadership skills, and a strong financial management capability. Previous experience working and managing within an SEN environment is essential, and experience in setting up a new school would be desirable.
The Head of School is responsible for the effective, calm, day-to-day running, and strategic management, of the school. This entails ensuring the school is fully compliant with the Independent School Standards. You will work with all staff to ensure they deliver an excellent educational experience to our pupils and will be expected to manage the school budget and liaising with the school financial manager. You will also co-ordinate the referral, admission and exit of pupils.
