Duties:
- Create a wine experience by advising guests (displaying professional salesmanship)

- Actively upselling beverages by imparting your knowledge to match their experience/dish choice
Desirables:
- Master of Sommelier diploma
- prevuois experience in a 5* establishment or michelin star restaurant
- Vast knowledge of wines and spirits (worldwide)

- Search, select and buy wines globally with assistance from Cellar manager
