Responsible�for the operational management of beverage and in particular the Wine service in a Michelin Star restaurant.





Duties:




  • Create a wine experience by advising guests (displaying professional salesmanship)

  • Taking orders

  • Actively upselling beverages by imparting your knowledge to match their experience/dish choice



Desirables:




  • Master of Sommelier diploma

  • prevuois experience in a 5* establishment or michelin star restaurant

  • Vast knowledge of wines and spirits (worldwide)

  • experienced in professional upselling

  • operations oriented

  • Ensuring that beverage sales forcast is being met and sharing targets with team

  • Search, select and buy wines globally with assistance from Cellar manager

  • Play a key role with wine tasting�
