We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Head Sommelier to join our prestigious team. As the Head Sommelier, you will be responsible for curating an exceptional wine selection and delivering unparalleled service to our guests. Your expertise and refined palate will elevate our dining experience, ensuring that each guest receives personalized recommendations and experiences the finest wines from around the world.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Sommelier or similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
Extensive knowledge of wines from around the world, including varietals, regions, and vintages.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and educate guests effectively.
Certified Sommelier credentials preferred.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
