I am currently recruiting a Head Sommelier to join this luxury hotel in Berkshire. We are looking for a passionate and professional Sommelier to head the department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual to work for one of England’s most prestigious hotels.

About the position
Create and manage an unrivalled wine cellar
Train and develop the staff’s palate with your knowledge
Deliver fantastic service to the guests
Work closely with all departments to ensure the best results are met
Host and direct memorable wine events
Undertake monthly stock takes
Manage margins and promotions
Report to the Restaurant Manager
The successful candidate
Will have previous Sommelier experience in fine dining
A high level of customer service
WSET 3 or CMS qualification required
Strong knowledge and a passion for fine dining
Well organised with great attention for detail
