Smyth & Co are looking for an exceptional, Michelin star level Head Pastry Chef for one of London's recently opened restaurants.
In the middle of Mayfair, the restaurant offers contemporary European cuisine in a modern, high end and relaxed setting with stunning panoramic views across London’s skyline.

The successful Head Pastry Chef:
Has relevant experience of within a similar role of managing a team in a Michelin starred restaurant or luxury 5* hotel
Possesses extensive Pastry knowledge, both classical and culinary trends and a high level of creativity.
Is knowledgeable and has a good understanding of suppliers and ingredients.
Has excellent time management and organizational skills, good communication skills, flexibility
Is highly adaptable, naturally positive and capable of working under pressure.
