The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to form effective relationships with a range of stakeholders. They will have extensive experience of strategic service planning and target setting, along with the ability to work systematically whilst delegating appropriately. They will be adept at using internal and external data and insights to write impact reports and funding bids, and will be an inspirational advocate for the organisation, young people and wider sector.
