The postholder will ensure that all students receive the necessary support to excel academically, whilst also focusing on their wellbeing and personal development.The successful candidate will work as a key member of our Student Support and Development team. This talented and ambitious team is well led and structured, ensuring our students are fully supported. The postholder will play a key role in supporting our stated ambition for 90% of students to achieve a minimum of grade 4 in GCSE English and Maths by 2028 and beyond.
