They will align the partnerships to their existing policies and work with them to ensure those policies are fit for purpose, engaging, and supporting the delivery of CIMSPA’s strategic objectives.Salary ranging from £41,790 to £56,195 per annumHybrid working model allowing a balance between the head office in Loughborough and home workingBe part of a company that values diversity and inclusivityThe Role:As our Head of Workforce Policy, you will:Develop and manage new partnerships that align with CIMSPA’s strategic objectivesWork with existing partners and the wider governance structure to review and develop new policiesRepresent CIMSPA in strategic discussions with government departments and other bodiesDrive the CIMSPA policy team and manage our relationships with international partnersDevelop, sustain, and enhance close working relationships with CIMSPA systems partnersManage teams and work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organisational effectiveness.The Candidate:The ideal candidate for the Head of Workforce Policy role should have:A background in developing policies, procedures and operational plans in the sport and physical activity or allied sectorsA background working in a senior management or leadership positionA background working in coordinating, managing, and chairing meetings of multiple stakeholdersAbility to think strategically and translate that into detailed project and operational plansExcellent interpersonal skills and excellent written EnglishThe Package:Salary ranging from £41,790 to £56,195 per annumHybrid working arrangementsLife assuranceBUPA CashplanEnhanced maternity, paternity, adoption and surrogacy leaveMonthly healthy living allowance of up to £30 per month.At CIMSPA, we believe in creating a work environment that is enjoyable and rewarding.
