The post would very much suit someone who has a track record of delivery, who is engaging, approachable and customer-focused.This is a fixed term post for up to 18 monthsWe welcome applications irrespective of peoples age, disability, sex, gender identity and gender expression, race or ethnicity, religion or belief or sexual orientationProposed interview date w/c 3rd June 2024Main duties of the jobThe Head of Workforce will work as part of the Corporate Directorates Senior Leadership Teams, and have dual accountability to the Deputy Chief People Officer enabling better coordination of support across the Trust from the People Directorate and identifying opportunities to improve our People services. This role will play a pivotal part as a key member of the Corporate Executive Directors Senior Leadership Team.
