Head of Venue Partnerships & Agencies for
Sales background from a catering company.
Needs to have lots of relationships, strong relationships with the London Venues
£45 - £50k salary + possible £20k bonus annual.
To have an overall responsibility for the management, growth and development of company venue's and event agent relationships and revenue. This includes full accountability for the venue tenders, venue knowledge, all event services and event performance at both our listed venues and with our agency clients and communicating and supporting internally with all departments.
Role & Responsibilities:
Be dedicated and enthusiastic brand ambassador.
Be the face and voice of the brand.
Have excellent knowledge and passion for food.
Build on, nurture, and develop the existing venue relationships to maintain and increase business opportunities.
Increase revenue from the venue and agents.
Identify and access suitable new venues and agents.
Lead on and project manage venue tender responses and complete all tender quotes.
Maximize the existing client base, leveraging all opportunity to increase volume through relationships.
Manage all venue relationships to ensure repeat business and build loyalty.
Create and assist Sales Director with reporting on prospective venue information, with detailed information on specific venues and their business value.
Identify clients' needs whilst demonstrating an excellent level of service. Be proactive with communication and stay informed of all venue activities and programs.
Create and drive the venue strategy and take lead responsibility for the retention.
Grow venue and agent accounts, aiming to exceed quarterly and annual revenue and margin targets.
Quote for events at the venues and for events that are held with your agents.
Ensure all planners are quoting at correct cost and margins for all venue and agent enquiries to ensure optimum conversion.
Ensure wider knowledge of venues programs and agent strategies are up to date.
Meet monthly with Marketing to ensure all wider venue and agent strategies are aligned.
Manage the tasting processes, team training and upselling.
Effectively manage the tasting set up, break down, hire counts, menu feedback, room checks.
Manage and develop the beverage offering at tastings, including cocktails, mocktails, soft drinks and wines.
Manage all post tasting client follow up and feedback to the team Venue & Agent Events:
Ensure knowledge of all venues is up to date and shared with logistics and operational teams.
Act as venue expert on all venues operationally, administratively, and financially
Ensure you are being copied into all new enquiries for on list venues or agents, where appropriate.
Be proactive in ensuring all Planners have the appropriate venue and agent support for all relevant enquiries and events.
KPIs.
Ensure weekly venue and agent reports are timely and correctly shared internally.
Ensure you are prepared, and all document trackers are up to date ahead of the bi-weekly meeting with the Sales Director
Ensure monthly venue and agent board reports are timely and correctly shared with Sales Director General:
Take an active interest in Social Pantry, the progress, market growth and positioning of the company.

Enact and oversee environmental responsibilities where required.
