With a small team and budget to recruit further heads, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Treasury Manager wanting career development, an expansive role and hybrid/remote working.Key ResponsibilitiesLead on the creation and establishment of a centralised Treasury functionManage all banking relationshipsOptimise processes and drive culture of efficiency improvementsEnsure effective cash/liquidity management across diverse entities, co-coordinating inter-company cash managementProvision of accurate and timely consolidated Treasury informationDaily Cashflow managementBank reporting and reconciliationWorking closely with commercial teamCalculating loan interest and reconciliationReporting daily cash position, receipts, and bank statementsMonth end reconciliationsDeveloping KPI reportingOversee robust budget and forecasting processes and present these internally and externallyDeveloping KPI reporting, standardize and improve European wide reporting and controlsSupporting the wider finance teamKey RequirementsExperience of working in a Treasury Manager roleACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountantCapable of managing senior cross functional stakeholders internally and externallyCapable of managing, mentoring and growing a central treasury team
