Head of Transformation

Role: Head of Digital Transformation
I am currently looking to recruit a Head of Digital Transformation to join a PE-Backed, services organisation. The services organisation operates across Europe and has grown substantially through acquisition over the past couple of years.
As they continue to grow and in order to achieve their transformation goals. They are looking for for a Head of Digital Transformation
to support the business digitise their back-office operations and work-load, moving away from archaic processes, re-engineer them, through to delivering new technology, tools and solutions.
Your responsibilities:
Lead the digital transformation of back-office operations & work-load through process re-engineering and implementing digital technology, tools, solutions.
Proven track-record delivering a digital transformation and technology project/programmes
Experience improving and implementing project governance, frameworks, structure, processes and best practise
Work closely with senior stakeholders (CXO, Directors, Heads of)
Experience delivering document processing systems, AI, optimisation tools would be beneficial (not essential)
Strong stakeholder management skills
Track record delivering technology and embedding technology from a change perspective
Salary: Up to: £100,000
+ Excellent Benefits (Depending on Experience)
Location:
Remote (In UK) - with need to travel to EU office as business demands/as you see fit.
