Their assessment centres, rehabilitation units and hospitals use expert neurorehabilitation to support people to regain the skills they have lost. They treat people with a range of brain injuries – sustained through trauma, illness, substance abuse and more – to recover and meet their personal goals.*Main Responsibilities:** To lead, motivate and manage the therapy team.* Responsible for the unit’s complex caseload (relevant to role) to provide highly specialist treatment programmes to meet individual needs and outcomes. To assess individual service user needs and develop an appropriate therapy programme to meet those needs.* Responsible to ensure practice complies with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and relevant professional standards and ethics, including Brainkind Standards of Care* To implement evidence-based practice, ensuring effective service provision and positive outcomes* To ensure appropriate provision and maintenance of equipment within available resources* To share knowledge and expertise with other staff through formal and informal teaching within the therapy team and across the wider centre*About You:** BSc degree level qualification in either Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy.* Management degree or equivalent experience.* Registered with Health and Care Professionals Council.* Post-registration training in a relevant speciality.* Evidence of Continued Professional Development.* Current registration with relevant Professional Body.* Member of a Professional Specialist Interest Group or willing to join.* Demonstrable experience of evidence-based practice and outcome measures.If you desire more than just a job, we want you.
