You will need to apply your experience within technical and quality, using your leadership skills to succeed and develop. With a strong company culture, they offer extensive training plans and benefits.1. Quality Control: Implementing and maintaining quality control processes to ensure consistency and excellence in the production of food products.2. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, industry standards, and certifications such as HACCP, BRC, and ISO.3. Team Management: Leading a team of technical professionals, including quality assurance managers, food technologists, and lab technicians.4. Product Development: Collaborating with the product development team to introduce new products or improve existing ones while ensuring technical feasibility and quality standards.5. Supplier Management: Overseeing relationships with suppliers to maintain quality raw materials and ingredients for production.6. Audits and Inspections: Coordinating and managing internal and external audits, inspections, and certifications to uphold quality and safety standards.7. Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement within the technical department.8.
