Head Of Technical Services

Our client is one of the UK's leading property consultancies and managing agents. Due to some fantastic successes and business wins within the Facilities Management division, our client is looking to hire a UK Head of Technical Services (Associate Director level).As the Head of Technical Services, you will ideally be based in the Midlands, this will make travel up and the down the country practical. You will report into the UK Head of Facilities Management and your role will be a mix of operational delivery, project and risk management, business growth, and consultancy.The successful Head of Technical Services must have a proven track record in a similar role, be qualified to degree and / or HND/HNC in engineering. Membership to a professional body would also be advantageous.You will be the subject matter expert for all technical service delivery across the UK managed portfolio of office, retail, and industrial sites from an FM perspective. This is newly created role within the business.Our client is offering:
* £60,000 basic salary
* £6,000 car allowance
