Salary: Up to £90,000 + PackageLocation: North LondonRegion: LondonPosition: Head of TechnicalLocation: North LondonSalary: £90,000 + PackageAn Established, dynamic Main Contractor with a strong reputation within the construction industry who specialise in delivering large regeneration schemes based in London.They offer a variety of first class comprehensive services with a very good client relationships due to having a track record of success of completing projects on time, to budget and to the very highest standards.Due to their growing success and innovative business they are currently seeking an ambitious experienced Head of Technical to come aboard the team.They have established a reputable name with buyers, investors and within the industry for producing desirable new homes at affordable prices and has a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationshipsResponsibilitiesExperience of managing and providing guidance and support to new build high rise residential schemesDegree Qualified in architecture, engineering or construction managementAutoCAD, Excel, Word, Power Projects, Power PointDesign and engineering construction knowledgeTechnical and Building Construction knowledgeBuilding Regulations knowledgeA good understanding NHBC legislationStrong on Health & Safety / CDM RegulationsGood understanding of Planning legislationPersonal Specification & RequirementsHighly motivated with strong desire to grow within the businessKnowledge and experience new build projectsGood problem solver and work with minimal instructionSmart, presentable and happy to deal directly with customersPunctual, reliable and good practical skillsEstablished track record of delivering projects on time and within budgetUp to date CSCS and SMSTS certificateThis is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is seeking a Career Progression.
