In addition to not only continuously providing outstanding homes they always maintain a great relationship with all clients and customers.The company have been around for a number of years and have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Head of Technical to join them on permanent basis, overseeing a range of schemesKey ResponsibilitiesTo manage the technical and design element of all projectsOversee and manager a design teams and consultants.Involved in all aspects of design from pre-construction stage working on bids and planning applications, right through to construction, handover.Provide necessary input and support to the planning team.Maintain and update records of design and take responsibility for checking and issuing design informationResearch, investigate and provide feedback to the business in order to improve the processes of delivering projectsPersonal Specification & RequirementsExtensive residential development experience and design management process.Effective and proven negotiator with professional organisations.Strong understanding of technical detailing and agreement requirementsLeadership qualities which encourage staff to work togetherDegree Qualified in a relevant subjectHighly motivated with strong desire to grow within the businessSmart, presentable and happy to deal directly with customersPunctual, reliable and good practical skillsEstablished track record of delivering projects on time and within budgetThis is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is seeking a Career Progression.
