Theideal candidate will possess a strong background across Tax Law,Planning, Compliance, Risk and Audits. This individual will play acritical role in managing the organization's tax affairs tooptimise tax outcomes, ensure compliance, and minimise tax risks.Key Responsibilities:Ensure day-to-day tax complianceregarding VAT, Corporation Tax, With holding tax, in all jurisdictionsworking with external providers/ BPO for 20 markets.Preparetax provision and supporting disclosures for consolidated financialstatements and local statutory accounts across marketsGovernand manage tax reporting processes with outsourced BPOManagetransfer pricing across the group, maintain group policy and relateddocumentation.Ensure intercompany relationships are taxcompliant and effectiveDevelop tax strategy to show ETRimprovementsProvide tax input into internal projects ie frombusiness/ investorsQualifications:Extensive experience of leading or managing TaxQualified Tax professional or account (CTA, ACA, ACCA)Excellent knowledge of tax accounting and tax complianceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with theability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
