Head of Supply Chain

Job DescriptionAre you looking for a dynamic leadership role in supply chain management, where you can drive impactful change in a collaborative environment? I am currently supporting a fantastic food manufacturing business who are looking for an experienced supply chain professional to join their team as a Head of Supply Chain - taking ownership of demand planning, S&OP, logistics, and customer excellence, whilst playing a key part in leading and developing a high-performing team. About the role: Lead demand fulfilment through active participation in the S&OP process, guiding forecast generation, and overseeing production plan execution.Manage key relationships with customer supply chains, ensuring effective communication and collaboration, whilst developing a customer-centric supply chain strategy to support other internal teams.Lead the team to deliver warehouse and logistics operating metrics improvements, whilst ensuring the best practices are being introduced and integrated.Identify and drive improvements and optimisations to planning, forecasting, and fulfilment processes and tools.About you: Proven experience in supply chain leadership role; including experience in demand planning, logistics and customer excellence.Expertise in leading and participating in S&OP process.Excellent communication and relationship management skillsAbility to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement
