Job DescriptionHead of Supply Chain – Essex – Up to £100k + package Roc Search’s client are urgently seeking a Head of Supply Chain to join their growing organisation in Essex. The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete operational aspects of Supply Chain to meet and fulfil customer’s needs. Key tasks will include but are not limited to the following: Day to day planning and running of Supply Chain to ensure optimum deliveryEvaluating the efficiency of business procedures according to strategic objectives and regulatory requirementsMentoring and motivating teamsManagement of end to end Supply ChainManaging external relationships with suppliers/partnersThe successful candidate will have the following experience: Experience in an ISO13485 environment is essentialOrganisation and Leadership excellenceNegotiation skillsExperience in a similar leadership roleThe package will also include a bonus and relocation assistance if required.
