Head of Supply Chain Management (m/w/d)Location: LingenWhat you can expectFor our supply chain management, we are looking for the next possible date for a Head of Supply Chain Management (all genders welcome)
In your role as Head of Supply Chain Management you are a decisive factor in our ongoing success. You will be responsible ROSEN in the implementation of all aspects of the supply chain, consisting of purchasing, warehousing, shipping, import and export, travel as well as our transportation department consisting of a total of 70 colleagues. From the raw material supplier to the end customer your goal is to optimize all supply chain interfaces involved. You will also be responsible for the following tasks: YOUR ACTIVITY Efficient order processing through coordinated processes in the purchasing, warehouse, import and export and transportation departments with all internal and external resourcesDefining key figures and regularly determining, evaluating and deriving measures for improvementEnsuring the supply of all necessary materials and services to ROSEN locations worldwide and the Lingen factoryEnsuring compliance with all applicable legal regulations, e.g. LKSG, IATA, etc.Maintaining the network of internal and external stakeholders to optimize the entire Rosen supply and value chainPlanning of personnel requirements and the necessary capital goods for the supply chain.Administrative and personnel management of assigned employees, individual target agreements, career planning, annual appraisalsWhat you bring alongTo become part of the ROSEN family, you convince through strategic thinking and acting.
