As a Head of Publisher Success, you will lead our global team of Publisher Success Managersand fostercustomer relationship development, promotion, and upselling of all company's products to MGID partners and clients, as well as increase margin profit through performance optimization.
What You'll Do:
Drive the implementation of our cutting-edge business strategy, setting ambitious operational objectives that propel us toward unprecedented success
Cultivate and nurture relationships with key publishers on a worldwide scale, ensuring mutual growth and prosperity
Leverage your expertise to provide invaluable insights that steer our business development priorities and elevate our global client experience
Collaborate closely with our innovative Product Team to tailor and enhance our offerings, ensuring they exceed the expectations of our diverse global clientele
Pioneer and refine global processes that enhance client satisfaction, boost campaign performance, and minimize attrition rates
Play a pivotal role in resolving intricate technical challenges for our esteemed publishers, showcasing your problem-solving prowess
Establish and enforce high standards for our Success Management Team, maximizing their potential and driving exceptional results
Set bold mid-term and long-term goals for our functional teams, aligning them with our overarching global business development strategies
Who You Are:
You worked in Adtech/Martech industry for over5 years and led publisher success function for over 2 yearsYou possess a deep knowledgeand understanding of global advertising market tendencies and trends, modern technology, and technology evolution forecastsYou have a deep understanding of online advertising dynamics, trends, and technologies; and campaign planning & buying (including RTB)You are a great communicatorcapable
of
delivering
great
customer service and consultation andable to build cooperation with different types of publishersYou are analytically driven, able to find creative solutions, enjoying to work in a dynamicteam
