You have a visionary's eye for the big picture, the confidence to materialise innovative ideas, and the focus to bring them to life.Your role will be dynamic, collaborating closely with our Creative Director and Chief Growth Officer, and guiding and developing the rest of our team. Together, you'll empower our partners to redefine their business and brand strategies. Your days will be filled with leading brand strategy workshops, crafting compelling pitch decks, and developing strategic business cases for the world's most pioneering companies. From day one, we'll look to you to take the helm of our innovation workshops, enhancing the process and independently leading these workshops within your first three months.Our partners are the trailblazers themselves: fast-growing tech startups, scale-ups, and corporations set on reshaping the industry. Your challenge? To swiftly decode complex concepts, unveil the overarching connections, and distil clarity through insightful strategies. Your goal? To help our clients (founders and business leaders) leverage your innovative ideas to achieve their strategic priorities and help them bring home the bacon.If you're ready to dive into the blend of strategy and creativity, we want to hear from you.You will:Conduct in-depth research to grasp market demands, trends and challenges, using these insights to craft innovative business strategies with clear goals and rollout plans.Merge analytical insights with creative thinking to develop brand and business strategies, challenging traditional norms.Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Chief Growth Officer, and the team to shape the company's and partners' strategic directions.Act as a mentor to enhance the team's strategic and creative skills, promoting a culture of learning and innovation.Build and lead original brand strategy workshops and take ownership of the innovation workshop process, creating an engaging, insightful, and productive environment for our partners.Craft compelling pitch decks and business cases.Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to partners, guiding them through complex concepts to clarify their messaging and market positioning.Possess an understanding of financial modelling, including revenue generation strategies, and paths to profitability.Keep on top of industry trends to continuously integrate fresh insights into strategies.Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects to meet timelines, budget, and exceed expectations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders.The skills you’ll need:To enjoy this role, and succeed within it, you’ll have:6+ years in strategic planning, ideally with startup or tech experience, blending creativity with analytical skills.Proven success in crafting and executing brand and business strategies, turning insights into growth plans.Great commercial insight, with a keen ability to navigate market dynamics, identify business opportunities, and craft strategies that leverage trends for competitive advantage.Empathetic and clear communication style, with ability to understand and convey complex strategies effectively.Commitment to excellence in all aspects of strategy work.Leadership qualities with a passion for mentoring.Motivation to make a positive impact and contribute to positive social outcomes.Hopefully you’ll also have:A passion for purpose-driven ideas, entrepreneurship and techThe determination, desire and initiative to work in a fast-paced environmentA rock solid conscience and a heart of goldPackage:Salary: £50k p/a24+ days off per annum, including 3 mandated days at Christmas (plus bank holidays)Hybrid work model40% discount on gym memberships£200 annual personal learning allowance“Work from Anywhere” WeekVitality private health insuranceHeadspace subscription75% off spa breaksFree cinema ticketsShare options for loyaltyCycle2Work, Tech4Work and Electric Vehicle schemesWorking in the heart of Hackney Wick, in a brilliant new design hubFull-time, contracted 40 hours per weekHours of work are flexible, but average Monday to Friday 9:00am – 6pm.
