As the Head of Spanish, you will play a pivotal role in leading the Spanish department, creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for both students and staff. Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and vision for the Spanish department
Oversee the quality of teaching and learning in Spanish

Coordinate and supervise extracurricular activities related to Spanish language and culture
Collaborate with colleagues on cross-curricular projects and initiatives

Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Specialization in Spanish or a related field
Postgraduate degree in Spanish or Education (desirable)
Extensive experience teaching Spanish, preferably at a secondary school level
Demonstrated leadership and management skills
Passion for promoting Spanish language acquisition and cultural awareness
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to continuous professional development in Spanish education
