Role Overview: As the Head of Software Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our web and native engineering operations. You will lead a team of skilled professionals, manage projects from conception to completion, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. Your strategic input will be pivotal in driving our technical roadmap and ensuring our solutions remain innovative and competitive.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong leadership to the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Develop and execute strategies to meet product development goals and enhance engineering processes.
Drive the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for our products, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Lead recruitment efforts to attract top engineering talent and build a high-performing team.
Champion best practices in software development, quality assurance, and project management.
