As the Head of Social Media at Rise at Seven, you'll be the vision behind groundbreaking social media marketing campaigns and will lead a strong team of talented social-native individuals. Your creativity, strategic insight, and leadership skills will shape our client's social media presence, making an impactful difference across a spectrum of clients. You will be the main point of contact for some of our biggest clients and will be responsible for developing and managing The Rise Network (a growing database of Rise-approved UGC creators). Your input here will be fundamental for the next level of growth for the Rise at Seven Group business journey.
ABOUT YOU
Creative ideas run through your veins - you're constantly consuming creative content and taking inspiration from viral social content
You can guide and inspire both your team and clients to craft, execute and report on award-winning work
You have a commercial approach to social strategy and creativity, are constantly on top of trends and industry knowledge to know what will stand out in the market
You can take a vision and confidently share it with others in the wider team - expertly briefing copywriters, designers, content creators and data analysts to create compelling content that brings your vision to life
You can use audience insights, data and understand digital opportunities to develop ideas that will drive clients goals from search and brand awareness to conversion
You are confident in ideating and reporting across a multitude of brands and sectors from fashion and beauty to finance and tech
Proven track record of success in growing social accounts (both organic and paid) within any industry - TikTok examples are preferable but not essential
You have worked on and developed robust influencer strategies and campaigns and understand how to develop a social network which works harder for our clients
You have at least 5 years experience within a social role in an agency or in-brand environment
Experience running and managing community pages would be a bonus but not essential
THE JOB
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Leading, managing and inspiring a team of 3 social-natives whilst looking to grow the team further in 2024
Working closely with the wider team of strategists, creatives and promoters to interpret client briefs and understand the opportunity that your creative/strategic social idea needs to fulfil.
Leading on ideation for your client base and developing social-first campaigns that hit a multitude of KPIs.
Working in synergy with designers and content creators to provide reactive recommendations with an 'always-on' mindset for coverage.
Conducting campaign research to inspire ideas for clients, from analysing competitor activity to identifying trends that may inform future campaigns.
Creating robust cross-platform processes to help maximise efficiency in social campaign deliverables.
Managing and reporting on your team's utilisation and deliverables to ensure commercial growth and staff happiness are balanced.
Pitching ideas and cross-platform strategies with confidence that tell a story through exceptional delivery to both existing and potential new clients.
Regular check-ins with the Art Director, Head of Brand, Head of PR and Brand Director to ensure all campaigns include exceptional social creative thinking and are visualised to deliver impact and results.
Developing, leading and reporting on the Rise Network (a growing network of Rise approved UGC creators) which can be leveraged by our clients.
