We deliver only the best, so we are always in search of the best people to join our ever-growing talent team.As a brand new role, the Head of Social Media will have global experience and a proven track record in organic growth and content excellence.This role demands both a strategic and hands-on approach, including analytical skills to drive significant business impact and brand reputation.Responsibilities:Set the social media strategy for all organic channels in collaboration with our Marketing Director, Brand and translate that into execution.Conceptualize and oversee the implementation of engaging innovative organic social media campaigns, focusing on growth and content while aligning with business objectives to maximize audience engagement and brand exposure.Stay at the forefront of social media trends, consistently bringing in innovative ideas to enhance our organic social media presence.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to make decisions and optimise organic social media campaigns.Expand influencer/advocacy work in key growth sectors in partnership with local teams.Lead on any social media crisis comms and mitigate risks in collaboration with the relevant stakeholdersProvide proactive and reactive social counsel in regards to social channel strategy, issues monitoring and responses on social, goal setting, creative execution, etc.Establish mechanisms and processes that facilitate information sharing among the social team and with regional teamsEnsure content across all social media channels has a cohesive brand voice and narrative.Coach and support the social media manager.Requirements:Significant experience in digital marketing and social media.Proven track record of growing a brand via organic social media and storytelling.Comfortable experimenting with new tools and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
